PEUGEOT 2008 ART CAR AGAINST MINEFIELDS IN CROATIA
The Yugoslavian war left more than 1.5 millions mines in Croatia. Today 75 000 mines remain close to the borders with Bosnia and Serbia.

Peugeot involved the 2008 in demining by producing an Art Car with the Croatian artist Boris Bucan. The main Bucan's work is the "Firebird" painting, which has been painted on the Peugeot 2008 in june 2013.
Boris Bucan has participated to many exhibitions and got exposed in the MoMA - Museum of Modern Art of New York City.

The Peugeot 2008 by Bucan will be sold by auction this autumn and the money collected will be given to The Croatian Mine Action Centre. The car is exposed in Dubrovnik for the summer and it will be presented in Paris before the auctions.
