RENAULT AND FIAT-CHRYSLER WILL PRODUCE COMMERCIAL VEHICULES
Renault and Fiat have signed an agreement under which Renault will supply Fiat-Chrysler with a light commercial vehicle based on a Renault platform.
The styling of the Fiat-Chrysler vehicle will be developed by Fiat and will feature unique and distinctive elements on the model, branded Fiat Professional.
The vehicle will be manufactured by Renault in France starting from the second quarter of 2016.
Nowadays, Fiat's LCVs are produced with PSA Peugeot Citroën. One of them is commercialized in the USA and Canada which is called the Dodge ProMaster. PSA Peugeot Citroën should produce one of the next generation of LCVs with General Motors. For more than 15 years, European GM's LCVs are produced by Renault.
